Oysters?

Yes,  those look like oysters that a tree slightly past their prime. The fresher, the better with those ones.   I recently cloned and cultivated some wild yellow oysters. To me they have an unpleasant taste by themselves (more so when they begin to decline),  but with a little olive oil,  some salt and apple cider vinegar they taste really good.  I've heard that white wine can be used instead of vinegar for sautéing them.
