Morgan-Monroe State Forest

We had a great turnout at our first foray Aug. 7th. We had over 25 people attend and found over 50 different species of mushrooms, despite some rather dry/hot conditions leading up to the event.

Planning has started for our September event. It will be held on September 11th at 3pm.  We have posted a poll as to where our membership would like to meet. We give this option as Morgan Monroe has free admission, free shelter, and cheaper camping. It will also not be as crowded.
