I have eaten the smaller ones. Cut into 1 to 2 inch slices, dip in egg/milk mixture. Bread and fry. I like them small. Bigger get a punky taste to then -
Anyone finding any in central part of the state? Last year was bad for me some ready and raring to go. Did not even get a shot at I tom turkey last season. Bad luck and need to break it
