Does anyone know if this mushroom is edible and its name?? 

Can't say for sure without a spore print, but take a look at Pluteus petastus...

..but never ever eat gilled mushrooms without being absolutely sure what it is. not work getting new kidneys or dying .. also is similar to a 'death angel' ..no veil on stem though ..
