Jessica
I found these a few weeks back, found on a log on the family farm. I believe they are chicken of the woods. I brought a few home to have a better look. They were soggy from the rain and had a smell like they were roting from the rain. Any help identifying these would be appreciated, I have more where they came from, just waiting for the weather to dry out a bit. Thank you Edited July 13, 2021 by Jessica Spelling
Hoosierfunguy
Those are definitely black raspberries! ?? Yes, they do look like chicken of the woods that are past their prime.
Jessica
Thank you, I made the raspberries into a pie. It was wonderful, this helps me for later in the season and for next year.
