Miranda W Posted August 17, 2020 Report Share Posted August 17, 2020 Found in Monticello, IL central IL about two hours west of Turkey Run and Shades for reference. Found on a called dead tree, spongey to the touch and a wet feeling on the underside. Appears to not have gills. I’m not sure if it’s chicken of the woods or look alike.
