I found a couple black ones last year on March 27th, but then the cold snap hit and really made for a bad season

I was looking for a map where morels are being picked, I can't remember which site I am a member of so many but can't seem to find a map.

Anything near Fulton/Marshall county line yet? I have trouble with my legs so timig the excursions to my spots is crucial.

Elm, oak, tulip

I can only suggest that you be sure of the tree ID and seek out the older, larger trees.  Morel season is nearing its end in southern Indiana. Another strategy I've hear heard repeatedly is to check out areas where there has been a fire within the last few years.  I hope you find the motherload! 👍🏼👍🏼
